| INTERNSHIP PROGRAM The program offers international University and College students or even professionals, the possibility of developing communication skills, gain a different perspective of living and working in a different culture and develop effective functional skills in a specific field with the additional bonus of a second language! All internship placements are organized so that the intern finds work in a suitable environment specifically arranged around the candidate's own interest, desires and skills. Internships are carefully planned and each student is placed in a working environment that has been requested, and carefully selected according to specific criteria. Meetings are held weekly together with the student and the employee to monitor progress and evaluation of work experience. Over the course of the internship, the candidate is expected to attend all lessons, before starting the work placement thus meeting the minimum requirements of 6 to 8 hours daily. Students are responsible for their own airfare and housing - though we provide students with assistance in finding low cost apartments within the location of their internship. All internships in Italy are unpaid. Program details These programs have been organized to let people interested in a working placement gain the necessary preparation in order to have an exceptional experience in Italy. It is also good for students already attending our school that want to practice their gained knowledge of Italian language in a professional environment. The program includes: - Intensive Italian language and culture courses - Books - CLIDA-S2 standard language exam - CLIDA-TC professional language exam - Certificate of attendance and the certificates of knowledge of Italian language - Assistance, seek, placement and monitoring of the internship - INAIL worker's compensation insurance - Housing in a shared student apartment, single room for the lenght of the program
